TRECENA 1 IMOX | DAY 3 | OXIB' AQ'AB'AL | 3 DAWN

Today, Oxib' Aq'ab'al [3 Dawn], is the combination of the third number with the third symbol of the Sacred Maya Calendar Cholq'ij.

Your creative potential lives in the hidden side of your being. From there, the content of your projects is transmitted to your heart and mind. Inspiration remains latent until the day it activates, inviting you to bring a new dawn to your life. It arrives as a message from the depths, revealing the content of your dreams.

Everything you experience outside is the result of internal processes you don't perceive.

Oxib' Aq'ab'al [3 Dawn], tells us you must adopt the attitude of a speleologist—a cave explorer interested in entering the depths of a cavern in search of treasure.

Once your desire for self-knowledge is awakened, you'll also need courage. Entering an unknown cave requires it. In your case, the depth is infinite, and you know that what you find there will change your life forever. In speleology, technical training is also important. The same is true for inner exploration.

You must learn to quiet the mind—with the same silence found in the earth's entrails.

And like our adventurous speleologist, you'll use light to see in the darkness. In your journey, that light is consciousness.

Suggested Connection with Oxib' Aq'ab'al

The invitation is simple: spend 5 minutes connecting with your heart. Not with your thinking mind, but with your felt sense.

  1. Place your hand on your heart center—the space in the middle of your chest.

  2. Close your eyes. Breathe slowly, naturally. Five counts in, five counts out.

  3. As you breathe, imagine the breath moving through your heart, not your lungs.

  4. After a few minutes of rhythmic breathing, ask your heart—not your head—this question:

What authentic treasure is ready to be discovered within me?

  1. Notice what arises. It might be: a word, an image, a color or texture, a sensation in your body, a knowing without words, a feeling, when your heart expand and contract. Don't force an answer. Just listen. Don't analyze. Don't judge. Just receive.

  2. Open your eyes and write down whatever came through. Share in comments are below if you will.

  3. Give thanks from the heart for this opportunity to connect with the sacred wisdom of the Maya ancestors. This wisdom is a blessing, and you have been called to receive it.

That's it.The transmission began.

  • So if you want to discover what you came to create in this world, you'll need to stop projecting your senses outward toward external experiences. You need to turn your attention inward.

  • Stop trying to figure it out with your thinking mind. Descend into the felt sense, into the darkness where your treasure waits. There, in the cave of your heart, intuition speaks.

  • The speleologist doesn't go into the cave to create the treasure. The treasure is already there. They go to find it, to bring it to the surface, to let it see daylight.

Thanks for your presence! Until tomorrow

NEXT: Day one, you planted a seed. Day two, the wind showed you what needs to be released so that seed can breathe. Today, you follow the root system down—past the surface layer, past the familiar ground, into the deep earth where the original transmission lives.
